Our consultants are all qualified audit lead assessors for ISO 9001 to IRCA standards and also have extensive experience of both implementing and maintaining quality management systems in a wide range of industry sectors. We can assist in both implementing a new system and in 'refreshing' an existing system to ensure your business derives maximum benefit from it. The process will normally start with a gap analysis between your existing business practices and the requirements of the standard. We would then assist with the development of documented procedures covering the entire business, help and advise in their implementation and assist in the training of staff in their use. We can also perform internal audits, train your staff in audit techniques and facilitate management review meetings. Finally, we can also assist with the selection and appointment of a UKAS accredited certification body and attend certification audits. In the longer term, we also work with companies with existing certification, acting as an outsourced quality department. We can continue to provide an internal audit service and attend certification audits as required. The level of consultancy we provide is entirely controlled by the client - we are happy to provide as much or as little as you need.
