Client Requirement

Following the retirement of their Quality Manager, this progressive and growing company, who were registered to ISO 9001:1994, needed to upgrade their systems to reflect their developing organisation and to achieve re-certification to ISO 9001:2000.  We were appointed as consultants to achieve this aim.

What has been achieved

The upgrade of the systems and re-certification (by NQA) to ISO 9001:2000 was successfully achieved.  We continue to work with Metaskil as their 'Virtual Quality Manager' providing guidance and management services in support of their quality management system and its associated certification.
