Touchstone Electronics Ltd
Touchstone Electronics Ltd design, install and maintain CCTV, access control and PA equipment. Customers include BAA at Gatwick and Heathrow airports. The Quality Team are currently providing quality management consultancy services in support of an ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. This includes maintenance and development of the system and liaison with their third party certification company.
Metaskil
Metaskil provide management solutions in the form of business and IT consultancy services and resources to businesses undergoing change. The Quality Team are currently providing quality management consultancy services in support of an ISO 9001:2008 registered quality management system. This includes maintenance and development of the system and liaison with their third party certification company. We have also developed their environmental management system which integrates with their existing quality management system, allowing them to become ISO 14001 certified.
British Antarctic Survey
British Antarctic Survey is a member of the Natural Environment Research Council. For almost 60 years it has undertaken the majority of Britain's scientific research on and around the Antarctic continent. The Quality Team conducted a Health and Safety Audit on the erection of Radio Masts in Antarctica.
Aquarius Plastics Ltd
Aquarius Plastics Ltd supply industrial plastics to a variety of companies including those in the aerospace sector. They engaged The Quality Team to develop a documented management system conforming to the aerospace standard AS/EN 9120 and to liaise with the third party certification body. The assessors recommended certification for both ISO 9001:2000 and AS/EN 9120 following an assessment on 6th October 2006. The Quality Team continue to work with Aquarius Plastics Ltd, conducting audits, facilitating management reviews and providing support during surveillance audits.
ACM Waste Management
ACM Waste Management offers bespoke holistic, waste management and recycling solutions to business customers. They engaged The Quality Team to undertake a review of their quality management system and assist with its redevelopment to make it more relevant to the business. The project was completed and the following surveillance audit was negotiated successfully. The Quality Team now provides ongoing support to their internal quality management staff.
Arlington Securities
Arlington Securities are one of Europe's leading independent property investment and property services companies. In 2006, The Quality Team won a contract to provide Fire Risk Assessments for a large proportion of their commercial premises throughout the UK.
Purple Foodservice Solutions Ltd
Purple Foodservice Solutions operates the worldwide food supply contract for the Ministry of Defence. The Quality Team were engaged to develop an environmental management system and certification was successfully achieved following a three month project.
Toshiba International ( Europe ) Ltd
Toshiba International ( Europe ) Ltd (TIL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of its Japanese parent company, Toshiba Corporation. Based in West Drayton, close to London's Heathrow airport, it is a UK registered company representing the Toshiba Power Systems & Services Company, and providing European Procurement services. In response to a corporate directive, they were seeking certification to BS OHSAS 18001:2007, and engaged The Quality Team to provide consultancy support for the development of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and assist with the certification process. At the end of a successful project, certification was achieved and The Quality Team now provide systems support and auditing services.
